The website uses ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI) hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure. The application has no visitor analytics, advertising, accounts or document uploads. Fonts, images and videos are served locally.

Name, email, optional phone, enquiry category, preferred language/date and message are used locally to prepare an email draft. The form does not submit data to a server or save it in localStorage or sessionStorage. The practice receives the message only when you send it through your email application. Telephone, email and WhatsApp communications also involve the relevant service providers.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to requests for legal services and taking requested steps before a contract may rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Professional correspondence, conflict checks and security may rely on the practice’s legitimate interests in communicating and protecting its activities, Article 6(1)(f). Applicable professional legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Enquiry details are not used for newsletters or advertising. Acknowledging the notice is not general consent to processing.
Required and sensitive information
Marked fields are needed to prepare the draft; without sufficient contact details we may be unable to reply. Do not send identity documents, health information, criminal conviction data or extensive confidential case details through this form. A suitable communication channel and any case-specific notice will be agreed separately. An enquiry does not mean that a mandate has been accepted.
Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to authorised people handling your request and necessary hosting, security and communication providers, including Yahoo for the practice email address and WhatsApp if you choose that channel. Authorities may receive information where required by law. Providers may process some data outside the EEA. Transfers for processing under the practice’s responsibility must meet GDPR Chapter V, using applicable adequacy decisions or safeguards as appropriate. We do not state that all data stays in Romania or the EU. Providers’ policies also explain processing they undertake for their own purposes.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and related follow-up. If you become a client, relevant records enter the professional file and applicable statutory retention requirements apply. Legal obligations and the establishment or defence of claims may require longer retention of particular records. Technical log retention depends on provider policies and configuration; no unverified automatic deletion period is promised. You may ask about retention of your information.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Rights may be limited by legal obligations or the need to defend claims. The website does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Requests and complaints
Send requests to the practice email or professional address. Proportionate information may be requested to verify identity. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. GDPR allows an extension by two further months in qualifying cases, with reasons notified within the first month. You may complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian supervisory authority, and seek a remedy before the competent courts.
